| Usage/Dosage |
Use according to the doctor's prescription. Identify the amount of trace elements in plasma and use as a guideline for adjusting dosage. Metabolically recognized TPN patients: 2.5-4mg/day Pediatric patients: 5 years and under: 100μg/kg/day Premature infants weighing 3kg or less: 300μg/kg/day Adult patients with fluid loss in the small intestine: Additional 12.2mg/L (fluid loss) or additional 17.1mg (excretion) Acute catabolic state: 4.5 to 6mg/day |
