1. Prevention and treatment of vitamin B6 deficiency Including medication-induced vitamin B6 deficiency (e.g. isoniazid, hydralazine, pyrazinamide, penicillamine) 2. When demand for vitamin B6 increases and intake from diet is insufficient Wasting disease, pregnancy or lactation, use of estrogen drugs (e.g. oral contraceptives), etc 3. Vitamin B6 dependence Vitamin B6-reactive anemia, etc. 4. When any of the following diseases are presumed to be involved in vitamin B6 deficiency or metabolic disorder 1) angular stomatitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis 2) Acute/chronic eczema, seborrheic eczema, contact dermatitis 3) Peripheral neuritis 4) Radiation disorder (hangover)? |
Usage/Dosage |
If oral administration is difficult: ○ For adults, administer 10-100mg pyridoxine hydrochloride per day at once or divided into 2 doses, by intramuscular, subcutaneous, or intravenous injection - For vitamin B6 dependence, high doses can be administered. Increase or decrease according to age and symptoms |
