Full Ingredient Sodium ibandronate monohydrate, sodium acetate hydrate, sodium chloride, water for injection, sterile needle, acetic anhydride
Efficacy/Effect Treatment of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women
Usage/Dosage Intravenous injection of 3mg once every 3 months for 15 to 30 seconds. Calcium and vitamin D supplements should also be given. If no injection is possible on the scheduled day, the injection should be given as soon as possible. Doses need to be maintained on a regular schedule of every 3 months.
No dose adjustment is required for patients with hepatic impairment.
Patients with renal impairment
For patients with serum creatinine greater than 200μmol/L (2.3mg/dL) or creatinine clearance of less than 30ml/min, this drug is not recommended due to insufficient clinical experience.
The elderly
No dose adjustment is required.
Children and adolescents
No studies have been done on efficacy and safety in minors 18 years of age and under.
Storage Store in a sealed container at room temperature (1~30℃)
