Characteristics Brown ampoule injection that contains colorless to pale-yellow liquid.
Full Ingredient Active ingredient in 1mL: 0.2g of L-carnitine
Efficacy/Effect 1) Primary and secondary carnitine deficiency
2) Myocardial metabolic disorders due to ischemic heart disease: angina pectoris, acute myocardial infarction
3) Treatment of carnitine deficiency in end-stage renal disease patients undergoing hemodialysis
Usage/Dosage 1) Primary and secondary carnitine deficiency
Myocardial metabolic disorders due to ischemic heart disease: angina pectoris, acute myocardial infarction
Adults: Intramuscular injection or IV drip of 2~3g L-carnitine per day, divided into 2 or 3 doses.
Increase or decrease the administered amount according to age and symptoms.
2) Treatment of carnitine deficiency in end-stage renal disease patients undergoing hemodialysis
Initially, 10-20mg/kg is administered intravenously over a 2?3-minute period at the end of each hemodialysis.
However, the dosage can be adjusted in accordance with the plasma L-carnitine level before hemodialysis.
