| Usage/Dosage |
Intramuscular or intravenous injection of 100μg selenium per day. If necessary, the dose can be increased to 200μg per day. To determine whether treatment is appropriate, blood levels of selenium should be measured. If this drug is administered in addition to the basic injection given as part of total parenteral nutrition (TPN), the daily dose must be 100μg of selenium. |
